Return Policy
- Returns within the European Union (EU)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
How to return a product
- Contact us at info@kalliston-olive.gr to notify us of your intention to return the item.
- Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
- Send the item(s) back to:

Returned products must be:
- unused and in their original packaging,
- in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Initial delivery costs (if any) are refunded.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- customized or personalized products,
- are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, or
- Returns outside the European Union
For international orders (outside the EU), returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
If this occurs:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@kalliston-olive.gr.
- Include clear photos of the issue.
- We will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
